What to expect
The Cycle is an 8-week private container designed to restore balance across the energetic and physiological systems that govern your health. This is a structured, deeply personalised journey that works layer by layer through the body, allowing stored imbalances to release while supporting the system to regulate, stabilise, and recalibrate. Each week, we focus on a specific energetic centre, moving intentionally from foundation through to integration. Sessions are held one-on-one and combine targeted chakra-based Reiki with bespoke homeopathics and flower essences, creating a multi-layer approach that supports both the physical body and the energetic field simultaneously. As the weeks unfold, patterns held within the nervous system, hormonal pathways, and emotional body begin to soften. The system becomes more responsive, more regulated, and better able to sustain lasting change. The Cycle is not a wellness program. It is a structured, therapeutic container that works deeply through the body to restore coherence across the systems that regulate health: - nervous system regulation - hormonal communication - emotional processing pathways - energetic integrity of the system Each week builds upon the last, following a precise progression through the energetic centres of the body, from foundational regulation through to full system integration. Week 1: Root (Stability & Safety) Grounding the system, supporting adrenal function, and establishing a sense of internal safety. Week 2: Sacral (Hormones & Emotional Flow) Working with hormonal balance, creativity, and stored emotional patterns. Week 3: Solar Plexus (Power & Regulation) Supporting digestion, metabolic function, and personal capacity. Week 4: Heart (Connection & Coherence) Opening space for emotional processing, grief, and relational patterns. Week 5: Throat (Expression & Suppression) Addressing held tension around communication, truth, and suppression. Week 6: Third Eye (Clarity & Perception) Supporting mental clarity, overwhelm, and nervous system refinement. Week 7: Crown (Integration & Restoration) Regulating the system at a higher level. Rest, trust, and surrender. Week 8: Full Integration (System Recalibration) A final session to integrate all shifts, stabilise the system, and refine your ongoing remedy support. Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required when making all bookings. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellations and changes are made before 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancellation or changes are made after 24hrs to your appointment you forfeit your 50% deposit and a new deposit will be required for you to book again. Energia Medica is a small business with a lot of people wanting an appointment, please be mindful of being late - no shows or late shows of over 15mins will be required to rebook another appointment and will forfeit their 50% deposit paid.
