Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required when making all bookings. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellations and changes are made before 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancellation or changes are made after 24hrs to your appointment you forfeit your 50% deposit and a new deposit will be required for you to book again. Energia Medica is a small business with a lot of people wanting an appointment, please be mindful of being late - no shows or late shows of over 15mins will be required to rebook another appointment and will forfeit their 50% deposit paid.
