How to dose:
Like all of Energia Medica's remedies you can simply take 2 drops directly under the tongue or put the drops into a water bottle (preferably glass), shake and sip as required throughout the day - each sip is one dose.Best dosed in a clean mouth, without food and drink consumed approximatly 10 minutes either side of dose.
To make your product last for longer sipping in water will go further so it is purely up to the individual - Both are effective.
