The Prequel to The Cycle: 8 week journey for woman who quite ready to take the deep dive or who want to experience a taster of what is possible. The Reset is designed as a bespoke one-on-one experience that offers access to the depth and precision of this work, held within a single, potent session. Blending individualised homeopathics with targeted chakra alignment, this session works across both the physical and energetic systems to support regulation, release, and subtle reorganisation within the body. It is here that the nervous system begins to settle, patterns start to soften, and the body becomes more receptive to change. Each session is entirely individualised, guided by your unique presentation and the underlying dynamics shaping your health. The Reset is an entry point, offering a direct experience of how the body responds when supported at the level where true recalibration begins. Many clients begin here before entering The Cycle, where this work is continued with more depth, discovery and layered over the course of 8 weeks, allowing integration between each session.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required when making all bookings. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellations and changes are made before 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancellation or changes are made after 24hrs to your appointment you forfeit your 50% deposit and a new deposit will be required for you to book again. Energia Medica is a small business with a lot of people wanting an appointment, please be mindful of being late - no shows or late shows of over 15mins will be required to rebook another appointment and will forfeit their 50% deposit paid.
